Terms of Service

What this agreement covers

These Terms govern your use of Reparse. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Reparse. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when you create an account.

What the service does, and does not, do

Reparse scores job postings against your uploaded work history and shows you the reasoning, including where a posting is a weak fit. It generates a tailored resume from bullets you have confirmed as accurate.

To be explicit, because a job-search product invites these expectations:

• Reparse does not submit job applications on your behalf.
• Reparse does not contact employers on your behalf.
• Reparse does not guarantee a job, an interview, or any other outcome.

You review every match and every generated document yourself. Submitting an application, and everything in it, is your action and your responsibility.

Resume tailoring

The resume tailoring feature selects, orders, and rephrases entries from your own confirmed work history. It does not invent employers, titles, dates, numbers, or accomplishments. Rephrased text is checked against your source entries before it is shown to you, and anything that fails that check is discarded in favor of your original wording.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer, whether generated by Reparse or written by you. Review every document before you use it.

Account and payment

Reparse is offered on two paid plans:

• $35 per month, billed monthly.
• $90 per three months, billed once every three months.

Both plans renew automatically at the end of their billing period until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; Reparse does not store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it. Refunds are given at our discretion outside of that case.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or employer.
• Upload a work history, resume, or credential that is not your own or that you know to be false.
• Attempt to circumvent the paywall, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute job posting data obtained through the service.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to access another user’s account or data.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.

Intellectual property

Reparse's software, scoring methodology, and site content belong to Reparse and are not licensed to you beyond what is needed to use the service. You retain ownership of the resume content, work history, and other material you upload. You grant Reparse a license to process that material for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Disclaimers

Reparse is provided "as is." Job posting data is gathered from third-party sources and may be incomplete, stale, or inaccurate. Scoring and matching are automated judgments, not professional career advice, and can be wrong. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reparse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost job opportunities or lost income. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what that does and does not remove.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Reparse after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
